Visión generalContamos con un equipo sólido y robusto de consultores especializados en búsqueda y selección de personal, así como en consultoría en diversos temas asociados al Talento Humano en múltiples sectores y países, garantizando de esta manera la prestación de un servicio oportuno y resolutivo a cada una de las empresas que nos confían la selección y / o el entrenamiento de sus profesionales.Actualmente sumamos más de 10 años de experiencia en el manejo de procesos, tanto individuales como masivos, a nivel local y regional.Buscamos un(a) Head of Compliance con visión estratégica y mentalidad de crecimiento, que lidere nuestra estrategia regulatoria global y eleve nuestros estándares de cumplimiento a nivel internacional.Responsabilidades principalesRevisar, optimizar e implementar programas sólidos de prevención de lavado de activos y conocimiento del cliente empresarial (AML / KYB) en línea con reguladores estatales y socios de pago.Dirigir paso a paso la obtención de Money Transmitter Licenses en los principales estados de EE. UU.Aprovechar tu red de contactos y experiencia para identificar e incorporar el banco patrocinador adecuado para nuestro modelo de negocio.Asesorar en las mejores prácticas de cumplimiento AML aplicadas a blockchain y stablecoins, asegurando el cumplimiento de las directrices de FinCEN y regulaciones estatales.Responder de forma ágil y precisa a exámenes, consultas o notificaciones de sanción emitidas por departamentos bancarios estatales.Identificar de forma proactiva brechas de cumplimiento e implementar medidas preventivas antes de que se conviertan en incidentes.Lo que buscamos en ti5 años de experiencia en cumplimiento normativo en fintech, medios de pago o instituciones financieras.Experiencia en solicitud de licencias MTL, onboarding de bancos patrocinadores y gestión ante reguladores.Conocimiento de FinCEN, OFAC y de los marcos AML / KYB / KYC en EE.
