Objective :Deploy a data analytics professional on-site at our Mexicali factory to:Conduct Gemba walks and understand manufacturing processesIdentify operational improvement opportunities through dataProvide near real-time visibility into factory operations using descriptive analyticsThe resource will :Be physically present on the shop floor to observe and understand operationsTranslate operational insights into data-driven opportunitiesBuild descriptive analytics dashboards and reportsIdentify disconnections between business processes, applications, and dataCommunicate findings effectively to stakeholders including line operators, team leads, and leadershipWork with isolated systems and ensure analytics are as close to real-time as possibleNot just visualize data, but also source, model, and transform it for meaningful insightsTechnical Requirements :Technology Stack: Microsoft ecosystemPower BI (strong expertise required)Microsoft DatabricksSQL Server (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS familiarity is a plus)Must understand end-to-end data flow: from source systems to modeling to visualizationExperience working with real-time or near real-time data in manufacturing environmentsDomain & Functional Requirements :Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing operationsComfortable working on the shop floor and engaging with operatorsAbility to "think in data" — interpret operational challenges through a data lensShould be able to collaborate with existing Client BAs and SMEs who may not have a data-first perspectiveNot necessarily a full-fledged BA, but must speak the language of data and operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
