**Role Purpose**:- _The purpose of central quality analyst role is to conduct quality audits and perform analytics in different areas as defined by central quality team, supporting the project teams in ensuring higher client satisfaction_**Responsibilities**:- Conduct process quality audits as per plan- Improve the standard work from operation team in order to assure that the all procedures and tasks are done- Able to independently check and propose recommendation for most operations issues as related to Invoicing Processing- Directly supervises employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees- Primary responsibility for corrective and preventive reports and actions on Invoicing Processing- Conduct weekly analysis to identify the error trends and for top2 errors, conduct root cause analysis (RCA)- Review SOPs and check and advisory for Quality- _Ensure processes to be followed in Wipro in terms of all quality norms in the areas of project management and highlight potential risks_- _Provide insights and process guidance to the projects as per the need_- _Prepare timely dashboards, reports, insights and share with the central quality and delivery teams to ensure minimum client escalation_- _From time to time highlight any critical escalations where the central quality team's intervention is required in any BU project team_- _Automate the report generations etc to ensure minimization of on-value added tasks, ensuring maximum utilization of existing platforms and their increased adoption)_**Language**:- Fluent in English and Spanish- Portuguese is a plus**Education**:- Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering- Six Sigma is a plus- SAP or M3 knowledge- 1-3 years of Experience- **Behavioral Competencies**:_- Analytical Skills- Execution Excellence- Managing Complexity- Handling Pressure- Client centricity- Passion for results- Stakeholder ManagementTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $25,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono trimestralIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Guadalajara, Jal.
