Mariano Escobedo 595, Rincón del Bosque, Bosque de Chapultepec I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11580 Ciudad de México, CDMX, MexicoWork ModelFirst 90 days: Office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayAfter 90 days: Option to reduce to 2 office days per week (based on performance)Home office: Monday and FridayRequirements5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)5+ years working with SQL databasesExperience with Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar toolsStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience leading technical teams, with concrete examples of leadership in projectsFluent English (B2+), mandatory, used dailyBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory)Nice to HaveExperience with PL/SQLWorked with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Knowledge of AngularExperience with Docker and KubernetesThis is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on professional growth.
