This role is essential to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of our technology, delivering tangible value to our clients.As the main point of contact for 4–5 key accounts, you will manage the full deployment lifecycle—from planning and technical assessment to execution and go‑live support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver on project goals and build strong, long‑term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full deployment projects including technical scoping, procurement coordination, AI / ML integration, and operational handoffsServe as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and driving projects to completionMaintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and documentationUse project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track tasks, milestones, and next stepsCollaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teamsTroubleshoot issues on‑site, replicate technical challenges, and coordinate resolutions effectivelyRequirements0–6 years of experience in manufacturing deployment, industrial engineering, or technical project managementStrong understanding of factory automation systems (PLCs, SCADA), data integration, and basic AI / ML workflowsExcellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to operate in fast‑paced, hands‑on environmentsProficient in Microsoft Excel; basic SQL or scripting knowledge is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced English (written and spoken)Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldWillingness to travel up to 70% of the time to client sites across Latin America (e.g., Argentina, Chile, Brazil)Comfortable with 30% on‑site / in‑office work when not travelingLocationOpen to candidates based in Monterrey or Mexico City only.Contract Type and Work ModalityFull-time permanent positionHybrid model : 30% in‑office, 70% travel across LATAMStart DateImmediate availability preferred.If you're ready to lead high-impact deployments and bring advanced AI solutions to life on the production floor, we encourage you to apply.
