With operations in over 70 markets globally, we are the world's most international brewer.We Go Places How about you?Location: MonterreyFunction: Digital & TechnologySub Function: Digital & Technology - Other SupportType of Contract: Permanent**-- Main Purpose**:Lead the digital deployment strategy across the Americas region, managing teams, roadmaps- ️, and stakeholders. Combine technical expertise (SQL, Python, Power BI, Cloud ️) with strong leadership to translate complex tech into clear business value for managers and directors. Drive Connected Worker, Robotics, 3D Printing- ️ and IoT initiatives as part of the digital transformation journey.**-- ️ Key Responsibilities**:- Define and execute the deployment strategy for digital tools across breweries in the Americas.- Lead and coach a team of 3 direct reports, empowering performance and growth.- ️ Design, manage, and deliver deployment roadmaps aligned with global and regional strategies.- Translate technical knowledge into business insights for directors and senior stakeholders.- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with priorities.- Manage stakeholder engagement at multiple levels (managers, directors, product owners).- Drive change management processes for adoption of new tools.- Ensure on-time, on-budget deployments while improving deployment processes.**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering; Master’s preferred.- Experience:- 5+ years in digital transformation, deployment, or project management.- Strong experience managing teams and senior stakeholders.- Proven track record in roadmap design and execution.- Background in manufacturing or supply chain a plus- Technical Skills:- SQL, Python, Power BI.- Data analytics, integration, UAT, release management.- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure).- Agile/Scrum expertise.- Soft Skills:- Communication & stakeholder management- ️- Leadership & decision-making- Ownership & autonomy- Strategic thinking & problem solvingLanguage: Fluent English (must).At HEINEKEN México our commitment is to respect people, society and the environment, we are against any discriminatory practice of religion, sex, political tendency, socioeconomic level or ethnic origin.
