Senior Principal, Sport Marketplace Director – Jordan, LATAM

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe Sport Marketplace Director (SMD)- Jordan will lead a squad across Merchandising and Marketing to deliver commercial results and shape the Jordan Latin America business in service of Consumers and our Customers. Based in Mexico City, the Jordan SMD sits on the Latin America (LATAM) Jordan Leadership team and will work closely with teams both locally and at the APLA HQ in Beaverton, Oregon. The Sport Marketplace Director - Jordan will report into the VP/GM of APLA Jordan with a dotted line to the VP/GM of Nike LATAM.

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyse and synthesize consumer and marketplace data to drive action across teams. An adaptable leader who is both a strategic thinker and a doer: someone who can zoom out and connect dots across teams while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU WILL
WORK ONAs the Sport Marketplace Director Jordan your primary focus will be leading the Latin America Jordan Offense drive commercial results and shape the future marketplace. Develop and drive the Jordan strategy and future vision. Lead the local Jordan teams through the seasonal Go‑To‑Market process. Conduct territory‑specific analysis and make recommendations to inform and influence strategy and seasonal priorities.
Inform and influence seasonal and annual targets in partnership with your cross‑functional team (e.g. Local GM Finance Planning and Sales). Interface with key retail accounts in partnership with teammates in Sales. Drive commercial alignment and execution to deliver seasonal targets and a profitable pull market.
