**FUNCTION**: Grow direct margin, increase free cash flow and optimize sales through product and inventory project management.Introduce new products and line extensions, and add new or improved services.Establish and adjust pricing and inventory programs.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Business Unit's existing products, capabilities and resources.- Ensure that product development efforts follow the product development process.Participate as leader in all business unit product development programs.- Utilize market information to define customer requirements to: understand competitor activities, establish market potential, comprehend general economic conditions, and other factors to develop comprehensive programs for product development.Recommend conceptual ideas, design changes, specifications, and features.- Conduct market research to formulate ideas for new products and/or product lines.- Develop business plans for proposed new products, product modifications, line extensions, production facilities, etc.- Establish and maintain spreadsheets for competitive products, features, and pricing.- Create and maintain the Product Plan addressing 1 year, 3 year and 5 year timelines as a blueprint for the Division's sales and operational development.- Monitor sales on a monthly basis, identify significant trends, and report same to business manager.- Establish pricing guidelines; Define and analyze performance of sales and marketing programs.- Drive Sales Readiness programs directly and through Corporate Marketing, including collateral materials, presentations, demos, white papers and competitive evaluations.Provide Sales and Marketing support through training, key sales calls, and event support.- Establish, review and adjust Business Unit finished goods inventory levels at all warehouses.- Establish, review, and adjust designated product line gross margins and margin contribution.- Assist in the financial development of capital projects including facilities, tooling, and equipment investment.- Responsible for any other special projects as assigned.**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- BS Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing- 5+ Years' experience in the Lighting Component manufacturing industry highly desired- Working knowledge of marketing, product management principles, and product development tools required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent written and verbal skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Visa y Pasaporte vigentesExperiência:- product management principles: 5 años (Obligatorio)- product development tools: 5 años (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
