**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr**- Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world.- We are a global team, united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact.- We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by ****, if not sooner.**LET'S START WITH OUR VALUES**- Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY- We do our best work by being CURIOUS- We grow by remaining DYNAMIC- Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE- At the heart of great partnerships we'll always find EMPATHY**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE****WHY DO WE WANT YOU**We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate in helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose.We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**ERP Administration:- Act as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and security.- Customize, configure, and maintain NetSuite modules according to business needs and requirements.- Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and other IT teams to identify, document, and implement system enhancements.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular system audits to identify potential improvements.- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement integrations between NetSuite and other related systems.- Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests.This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth system deployments with mínimal disruptions.- Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.Order Management and Fulfillment Systems Modules:- Analyze, configure, and optimize Supply Chain modules within NetSuite as well as other 3rd Party systems, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and procurement.- Streamline and automate Supply Chain workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.- Participate in business requirements gathering, system design, and solution documentation for new projects and system enhancements.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance system capabilities and overall business performance.Finance Modules:- Collaborate with Finance teams to understand their reporting, analysis, and transactional needs.- Configure and enhance Finance modules within NetSuite, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing.- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.**WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU****YOU ARE**- Curious and authentic, just like us#beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on NetSuite ERP administration.- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes.- Knowledge of NetSuite customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.- Familiarity with ERP-related technologies, such as SQL, JavaScript, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow is a plus.- Experience with integrating data and workflows among multiple platforms.- Migration experience from other systems into NetSuite a plus- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
