About Us For over 50 years, Computime Group Limited has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing—recognized globally for quality, reliability, and innovation.What began as an engineering company in Hong Kong designing digital clock has evolved into a dynamic, diversified group with multiple business units spanning advanced technologies, manufacturing solutions, and proprietary brands.While our roots remain strong, our future lies in innovation, digital transformation, and global leadership across multiple sectors.We are now embarking on a bold corporate rebranding and digital transformation initiative to realign our identity with our evolved business model and future ambitions.We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist.The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist plays a key role in designing, managing, and continuously optimizing compensation and benefits strategies across our Mexico operations, in alignment with global standards.This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Global HR teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and recognition programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and long-term retention in a high-performance, manufacturing environment.Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.Build strong relationships with global HR teams to ensure alignment and scalability of programs.Design, maintain, and evolve competitive compensation structures (salary bands, merit cycles, job grading, incentives) aligned with business objectives and global frameworks.Lead annual compensation cycles including merit reviews, market adjustments, promotions, and performance-linked incentives.Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive and consistent salary offers supporting employer brand and talent attraction strategies.Support global mobility and local expatriate compensation processes where applicable.Conduct internal job evaluations, manage job architecture consistency, and maintain job descriptions aligned with global standards.Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, including medical, life insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives.Lead vendor selection, contract renewals, service reviews, and negotiations with benefit providers.Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs (service awards, spot recognition, performance awards, peer recognition).Introduce and manage data-driven retention initiatives (salaries, benefits, career pathways, incentive programs).Develop and update compensation and benefits policies ensuring compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations, and alignment with global reward governance.Monitor legal and regulatory updates impacting payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks.Conduct and participate in external salary and benefit surveys; Lead or support global/regional compensation and benefits projects, harmonization efforts, and process improvements (e.G., digital HR tools, HRIS enhancements, automation).People & Data Analytics Analyze trends and provide insights to senior leadership to enable strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and payroll.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.~Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities (Excel, data analysis tools).~ BIPO, SAP SuccessFactors, others) and compensation management tools.~ Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and global partners.~ Familiarity with global reward trends, pay equity frameworks, and digital rewards solutions.Opportunity to work within a global electronics manufacturing organization with strong growth trajectory.Exposure to global Compensation & Benefits projects and professional development opportunities.
