What does a Commercial Finance Manager do?You will drive & influence the commercial plans and decisions that help achieving the delivery of financial targets.Be integral to driving commercial success and financial excellence for Thailand across all channels.Be part of a high performing cross-functional team developing strategic revenue growth management, leading our pricing strategies across our portfolio of brands and then execution of these strategy through efficient and effective trade spend management with customers.About youWe want you to think differently; to challenge and explore; to stretch our businessthinking.You are passionate, driven, confident and collaborative – combining financial acumen with commercial strategy.You will work collaboratively with both our internal commercial teams as well as with external partners and guide them through our financial targets and strategies.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Partner of Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing organizations.Support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to take the right decision in terms of promotions, discounts and innovations.Lead and manage the whole Rebates & Discounts process for the entire company, constantly focusing on improvements and automatization, seeking on optimizing current process.Responsible for the financial planning and reporting, ensuring policies and right financial principles are applied and followed.Drive financial and operational planning, forecasting and analysis/commentary at the market levels to provide a financial perspective to the business planning process.Lead the team to be a reference for the region and transform it into a lean, fast and digital organization.Transform the team into a key partner of the leadership team, adapting to new requirements for the finance area.Drive a strong understanding of Risks & Opportunities that lead to action across the multifunctional team in the quest to drive business performance.Run finance transformation projects in respect to people, processes, and systems.Identify opportunities from volume to structure cost, and later deliver them.Support the organization in the monthly planning process, especially in the annual plan.Ensure the right balance between challenging but right targets.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe skills and experience needed to create your legacy.Business Acumen: understanding of the consumer industry and experience of a commercial finance leadership role and proven record of successful delivery of results in a matrix organization.Stewardship: knowledge, understanding and spreading.People oriented: leverage the team, but as well the business partners.Analytics: from numbers to insights.Team work: 1+1 > .Business Partner: understanding of the concept and leaving it.Challenge the status quo: look and share opportunities.Commitment, working under pressure, ambiguity, and tolerance.Decision making balance between when to ask for support and when to move forward.Personal qualitiesCollege Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related majors.At least 7 years of experience in Finance Roles, specially FP&A, Business Partner and Controller.Experience leading teamIdeally experience a Sales Team Business Partner or implementation of new Discounts.Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership in order to influence decision making process.SystemsOffice, SAP or similar, Power BI, Reporting Systems.LEADERSHIP AGILITYBelonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of 'Belonging', where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become.Self-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on others.People Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance.Results Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.Mental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.#J-*****-Ljbffr
