WHAT DOES A COMMERCIAL SUPPORT ANALYST DO?
A Commercial Support Analyst ensures
accurate control and effective use of
commercial investments by monitoring,
validating, and reporting promotional
activities, rebates, and discounts. The role
safeguards data integrity, supports
forecasting and reporting, and provides
financial guidance to maximize opportunities,
minimize deviations, and enable better
business decisions.

Responsibilities
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Validate and process promotional activities, rebates, and discounts in line with company
policies
- Ensure accurate accounting of commercial investments through reconciliations, variance
analysis and proper accruals at month-end closing
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and audit requirements to safeguard data integrity
- Prepare timely reports to provide visibility of investment execution and payment status to
stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle (creation, validation, submission, follow-up, and
issue resolution)
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control
over commercial finance operations
Skills & Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance Roles, preferred: Commercial Support, FP&A, Controlling
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Experience preparing reports, variance analysis, and supporting month-end closing
SKILLS:
- Language: Spanish and English Intermediate B1
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial processes (payments, accruals, investment control)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with Finance, Commercial and
Shared Services teams
- High sense of accountability, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
- Continuous improvement mindset, focused on efficiency and automation opportunities
