Ecommerce Manager – eCommerce Operations & Planning ManagerWe're hiring a sharp, detail-obsessed eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to scale a high-growth DTC oral-care brand across Shopify, Amazon, and additional marketplaces.Reporting to the Head of Retention, you'll own the daily operating rhythm—inventory, supplier coordination, demand forecasting, and on-time fulfillment—while driving projects that improve data visibility, efficiency, and profitability.This is a full-time, remote role with a flexible schedule within 9 a.M.–5 p.M. EST.ResponsibilitiesManage inventory flow across Shopify, Amazon, and other channels to ensure product availability.Forecast demand; translate revenue / marketing projections into inventory and supplier plans.Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs: lead times, POs, freight, and delivery schedules.Oversee inbound / outbound shipments for cost-effective, timely fulfillment.Track operational KPIs (inventory turnover, stockouts, freight cost, fulfillment accuracy).Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost and increase reliability.Support cross-functional operational projects (launch readiness, light IP protection).Maintain clear cross-team communication on timelines, budgets, and deliverables; report performance and recommendations to leadership.Requirements3–5+ years in eCommerce operations / supply chain, ideally across Shopify & Amazon.Proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory planning.Highly analytical with strong command of spreadsheets / BI; comfort with 3PL and OMS / WMS tools.Exceptional organization, urgency, and attention to detail; bias to action and ownership.Excellent communication in English; ability to manage vendors and internal stakeholders.Strong understanding of how operational decisions affect the P&L.Compensation: up to $3,500 USD / month (top-of-range, depending on experience).BenefitsMaternity and paternity leave.10PTO days + US bank holidays.100% remote within LATAM; collaborate on a flexible schedule within 9 a.M.–5 p.M.
