Continuous Improvement Manager**Bachelor's degree and 6+years of experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment (Master's Degree preferred)****Deep analytical and problem solving skills****Strong negotiation and decision making skills****Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments****Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement****Experience presenting results to an executive team****Strong business acumen and leadership skills****Previous experience on Continuous improvement areas.****Coordinate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site and report progress.****Plan and follow up strategic planning and its reviews****Provide benchmark on best practices and projects.****Provide development, training, and execution of projects that will deliver efficiency and effectiveness.****Manage the function and the general strategy of the Company's Lean Ix Sigma & Training, fulfilling the Mexican training legal requirements and Quality System ISO **** and IATF****1.Define the organizational strategy of Lean Six Sigma and Training according to the key objectives of the company, ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory guidelines of ISO **** and IATF.****2.Deploy Objectives and work plans for the personnel of the Continuous Improvement department.****3.Implement, validate, sustains and audits the use of Lean Six Sigma tools on the site.****4.Manage and coordinate resources for improvement projects and internal, external training events.****5.Develop, coordinate and implement all initiatives related to improving the organizational culture.****6.Measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.****7.Ensure full compliance with the Mexican legal regulations and the quality system (ISO**** and IATF) regarding the training area.****8.Manage and execute high impact projects utilizing the various methodologies****9.Responsible for identifying, performing, and obtaining approvals for impactful projects****10.**Perform continuous improvement tools training****11.**Mentor process owners / managers through the life cycle of their projects****_Sanmina empresa transnacional, líder en la manufactura electrónica está comprometida con la promoción y acción a favor de la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres con o sin discapacidad o en alguna situación de vulnerabilidad o no; promoviendo a la NO discriminación durante todo nuestro actuar y teniendo las mismas oportunidades de ingreso, desarrollo y permanencia en el empleo._
