May facilitate kaizen events.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead projects to optimize processes, systems, and procedures.- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on the progress of automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve processes and workflows across the organization.- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure that automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented.- Manage the budget and resources allocated to automation, NPD, and continuous improvement projects.- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to support automation, NPD, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project implementation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, NPD, and continuous improvement management.- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.- Familiarity with automation technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is a plus.
