RESPONSIBILITIES : 1 SupportInstall, Configure, Manage and Support SAP S / 4 HANA, ERP6.0 EHP, Process Orchestrator, BW, BPC, NetWeaver FIORI / Gateway, Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, Content Server, Adobe Document Services, Business Objects and Java Based NetWeaver Products like Enterprise PortalInstall, configure and Monitor HANA, Oracle, DB2, Sybase and MSSQL DatabaseSAP System Copies executionAdminister, manage and support SAP clientsDay-to-Day system monitoring of a 3 tier SAP landscape.Document Standards, Systems Architecture, runbooks and monitoring InfrastructureSupport of project tasks under project deadlines.Provide support (e.g., break / fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity levelWork very closely with other project consultants (Project Management, Functional, Security, Development, Automation)Support in SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Connector, Cloud SSOSupport with AWS, Azure HyperscalersResponsible for the setup and maintenance of customer systemsWorks on Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Problem ManagementMonitoring system availability and performance, application and databaseMajor incidents and escalations managementProblem Resolutions and initial Incident ReportsStandard Operations Procedure documentation creation, update and maintenancePerform backup and recovery using database tools.Application Patching and UpgradesDatabase AdministrationApply corrective actions from incidents priority 1Quarterly Health checks reports creation.Enhance monitoring based on repetitive events and provide permanent solutions.Knowledge based articles creation and continuous updates to ensure consistency and quality.Internal communication during Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidentsWeekly / Biweekly meetings with AM and Technical LeadersMonthly SAP Security review on the landscape and when applies to provide guidance to customer.Monthly SAP Early Watch AnalysisSystem Performance TunningQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of a bachelor's degree, ideally with an MBA / CPA or related degree5-10 years of overall professional experienceExperience with having final responsibility for the quality and content of reporting for either a division or significant program area.KnowledgeMinimum of a bachelor's degree, ideally with an MBA / CPA or related degree5-10 years of overall professional experienceExperience with having final responsibility for the quality and content of reporting for either a division or significant program area.ITIL training, better to have an ITIL certification.SAP S4 Certification would be a nice-to-have.Oral, written and interpersonal skills.Technical / Professional Skills5+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP ERP or S / 4HANA support or operation tasks5+ Year SAP BASIS experience with SAP JAVA support or operation tasksAS-Java (can be a Portal Java, PO Java, etc) experience.Strong DBA Skills (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, HANA, SYBASE)Strong OS Skills (Windows and Linux SLES or Linux REDHAT)Basic networking skillsUnderstand the S / 4HANA conversion process.Experience in Implementing Java Support Package UpgradesUnderstand SSO based on SAML authentication.Understand SAP Readiness Check reportUnderstanding of various FIORI deployment optionsStrong communication and time management skills; experience with multi-tasking between projects is an assetMust possess traits of dependability, reliability, task-oriented and focused, ability to follow 'cookbook' and methodology (S / 4H Conversion methodology)Consultant must show independence, ability to follow through with tasks to completion, willingness to take initiative where required S / 4HANA Conversion experience.Experience in cloud-based Fiori implementations with focus on a hybrid S / 4 landscapeExperience in Focused Run 2.0 and aboveExperience creating FIORI catalogs, Tiles, Front-end and Back-end security roles.Experience in implementing different SAP authentication scenarios for traditional ABAP, Java and Gateway systems / applications using Kerberos, SAML and.Familiarity with UI5 and the structures of UI5 applicationsFamiliarity with hosting Fiori on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure Cloud Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
