**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of SAP Basis and Security experience in an enterprise environment- User Management, System copies, client copies, support packages, SAP Notes- Knowledge of SAP HANA- Hands On Knowledge in Linux Operating System- Experience installing products like SAP netweaver, ERP, S/4 HANa,FIORI, SAP UI5- Working Knowledge of system monitoring, EWA analysis- Knowledge of SAP Transport Management System- Knowledge of SAP BASIS Daily Tasks Activities- Working experience on Solution Manager (Basic configuration, System preparation)- SaP performance & tuning- Start and Stop SAP Systems- Prior experience involving client/customer interaction required**Qualifications**:- Advanced fluent English.- Bachelors degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.- Experience monitoring a wide range of SAP Systems- Good experience working in large landscapes/environments/customers.- Good communication skills with both coworkers and customers**Responsibilities**:- Monitoring, Administration and operation of the BASIS module of SAP systems- To make sure that preventive SAP daily activities are executed in timely manner- Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives- Diagnosis and resolution of incidents, attention to requests from a wide range SAP systems (ECC,S/4, BI,PI,PO,FIORI,Portal,Solman, SCM)- Documentation of sap incident tickets- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems- Ability to resolving SAP incidents in a timely manner- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs- Availability to work rotating shifts (full time job)Attractive monthly salary based on experience and language proficiency.
