**Resumen de posición**:- The Sr Specialist has the ability to manage through ambiguity by proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, risks, leveraging program/project methodologies as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the program/project, protecting the execution of the project to deliver the outcome as expected of the Business Case while adhering to the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the delivery.**Un día en la vida de...**:- Lead and drive triage/discovery through to design with the Assembly Team of IT and IT partners and/or Business resources to then build the Business Case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval.- Lead and manage the full E2E lifecycle of a project from initiation to delivery completion- Manage by proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, risks, leveraging project methodologies as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the project- Provide guidance to the project teams through crisis management that builds confidence and enables collaboration at all levels in the organization- Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organization-with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.- Must handle multiple priorities simultaneously and dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize work for her/himself and the program/project team as appropriate- Dive and support PM capability building for PMO and the IT NA PM community**Lo que te hará exitoso**:- Ability to lead and provide direction in the project- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of stakeholders—delivering key messages without going into extreme details- Ability to adapt/change dynamically the direction, priority, plan, key messages as the situation requires- Ability to drive E2E integration and ownership across cross-functional IT and Business teams within the project.
