**Descripción**Especialista en Planificación de Transporte:KBXL México busca un Especialista en Planeación de Transporte para trabajar en elsegundo turno.La posición es remota.Lo que hará en su rol:Objetivos del puesto:- Gestionar el proceso de transporte para plantasespecíficas ylos centros de distribuciónprincipales.- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con clientes internos y externos, compañeros de equipo y transportistas.- Utilizar las herramientas disponibles del sistema para administrar el costo, el servicio y la capacidad a través de procesos de optimización.- Comprender las tendencias del mercado para ayudar en la negociación del proceso de cotización.- Administrar los grupos de remolques del transportista e identificar de forma proactiva las brechas para evitar problemas de carga.- Analizar datos para identificar tendencias y determinar soluciones para mejorar el servicio y/o el costo.- Colaborar con compañeros de equipo y transportistas para identificar oportunidades para mejorar el servicio.- Tomar decisiones para resolver eventos no planificados con el transportista, como retrasos en la entrega y cargos accesorio- Comprender y facilitar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones estatales y del Departamento de Transporte (DOT).- Aumentar la eficiencia a través de la creatividad, la experimentación y la ideación.La experiência que traerás:Requerimientos Básicos:- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.- Experiência en el uso de programas de Microsoft Office como Word para escribir correspondencia comercial, Excel para el uso de hojas de cálculo, informes y fórmulas simples, y Outlook para correspondencia interna y externa.- Inglés 70%.- Dominio del español (leer y escribir).¿Qué te pondrá por delante?Requisitos Preferidos:- Licenciatura o búsqueda de una licenciatura con una fecha de graduación anticipada dentro de un año.- Experiência en un rol relacionado con la cadena de suministro, la logística o las operaciones.
