About MACA AdvisorsMACA Advisors is a boutique investment bank advising market leaders and institutional investors across Latin America and the Caribbean.We deliver senior-led execution, cross-border expertise, and rigorous financial analysis through a nimble platform rooted in client alignment, transparency, and trust.Role SummaryWe are seeking anAssociate Directorwith a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience to join our high-performing advisory team.This is a leadership role focused on deal execution, client interface, and mentorship of junior talent.You'll quarterback M&A and capital advisory transactions across a diverse set of industries, with direct exposure to senior partners and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of live transactions (M&A, capital raising, strategic advisory)Oversee modeling, valuation, and deliverable preparation (IMs, teasers, CIMs, decks)Interface directly with clients, lawyers, counterparties, and internal stakeholdersManage workstreams during diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closingMentor Analysts and Senior Analysts to drive high-quality outputContribute to idea generation and client development effortsRequired Qualifications3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with cross-border exposureAdvanced modeling and valuation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint fluency required)Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish and English fluency mandatory)Proven ability to manage deal processes and drive transactions to completionLocated in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST / CST time zonesPreferred QualificationsExperience in Latin America and the Caribbean marketsFamiliarity with sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrialsBackground in private equity, corporate development, or restructuring a plusWhat We OfferAccelerated path to Managing Director-level rolesWork with top-tier clients and institutional investorsEntrepreneurial environment with lean teams and direct mentorshipCompetitive compensation tied to individual and firm performanceRemote-first flexibility with strong regional integrationApplication ProcessCase-based assessmentFit interviews with team membersFinal round with senior leadership#J-*****-Ljbffr
