This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start a career in investment banking. As an Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions across various industries, while working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to high-profile clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysesAssist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverablesConduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarkingSupport deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordinationCollaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandatesDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skillsRequired QualificationsStrong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related fieldExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointClear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST/CST time zonesPreferred QualificationsInternship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fieldsFamiliarity with the Latin America and Caribbean marketsInterest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrialsWhat We OfferHands-on learning and mentorship from experienced bankersExposure to live deals and cross-border transactionsAccelerated development within a lean, entrepreneurial teamCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesRemote-first flexibility with strong regional integrationApplication ProcessWe evaluate candidates through a structured multi-round process, including:Case-based assessmentFit interviews with team membersFinal round with senior leadership#J-*****-Ljbffr
