At BairesDev®, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.Social Media Content Development Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for a Social Media Content Development Specialist to create and/or oversee the creation of social media content with the goal of validating our brands and top leaders, increasing traffic to our website, and establishing a trusted communication channel with our audiences (clients, prospects, developers, current and future employees, etc.), besides taking ownership of our monthly social media content calendar and liaising with other areas and/or external providers to ensure the creation of quality content for our social media channels.What You Will Do:- Create and/or oversee the creation of multiple weekly social media posts and social media campaigns.- Be in charge of our monthly social media content calendar.- Manage content scheduling and publication on our social media channels.- Edit, proofread, improve, and deliver engaging content for our social platforms, keeping the brand's identity and voice.- Propose and execute social media content strategies and campaigns to support other areas.- Liaise with agencies to plan and execute campaigns and ideas.- Cooperate with external providers to create multimedia visual assets.- Suggest and develop content campaigns for our main social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).- Generate ideas to increase client and employee engagement and brand awareness.- Work with the Social Media Intelligence team to create robust, rich reports and insights.Here's what we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Proven creative writing ability.- Ability to manage time and tasks, as this is a remote position.- Attention to detail.- Critical thinking.- Advanced English level.Desirable:- Passion and experience in writing about technology or related fields.- Knowledge of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing.- Familiarity with social media and content management tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost.- Understanding of social media campaign decks, presentations, and creative briefs.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
