Responsibilities

 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines, ensuring all content adheres to best practices.
  • Manage and monitor backlink profiles, and implement link-building strategies.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Social Media Management (SMM)
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a professional "social voice," fostering community engagement and cultivating sales leads.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
Content Strategy & Reporting
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all digital content is optimized for both search and social engagement.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and suggest content optimization for improved performance. Stav up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends. tools. and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing both SEO and professional social media accounts.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical supply, or B2B e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
