**Quality Assurance Professional - Ramos Arizpe****About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Professional at Ramos Arizpe, MXThe Quality Assurance Professional applies their knowledge and skills to build and maintain the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.Responsibilities include audit, monitory, and determine the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against define internal and regulatory standards.Additionally, the Quality Assurance Prof. Senior will Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.The Quality Assurance Professional will travel both domestically and internationally with about 25% travel time.**The Quality Assurance Professional tasks will include**:- Responsibility for the overall quality of production and supports the team in exceeding quality standards, rectifying quality concerns, and continually educating the workforce on essential quality delivery to our customers- Investigate and respond to customer complaints; assure proper corrective action and closure- Assure adherence to procedures and ISO ****:****- Assure maintenance of formulation and specification databases- Responsible for the quality of the products released against the specifications and quality standards established- Implement and monitor quality measurement methodology- Oversee training programs- Drive a high performing team culture.Evaluate staffing needs to determine necessary hiring, training, developmental, and disciplinary needs**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor in Materials, Industrial, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering- 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment working in Quality Assurance- High proficiency with use of an ERP, MRP, or similar system for data input, output, report creation and data analysis- Strong preference for experience refractory manufacturing- Can work independently- Process improvement driven- Excellent knowledge with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Training in ISO ****:****- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is required.- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the general public with a calm and professional demeanor- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- **Amazing benefitsChristmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Life insurance, Disability Insurance, and more****About RHI Magnesita**RHI Magnesita is the result of the combination of RHI and Magnesita to form the global leading supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems, and services.With more than 14,000 employees across more than 40 countries and 3.1 billion in revenues we are the driving force of the refractory industry.**Learn more about us and follow us at**:**Find us on**:LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
