**Responsibilities**:

- Process metrics: Collecting and recording metrics to quantify the quality level of each business process.- Quality assurance: Ensuring employees follow company-established quality assurance standards and procedures. Monitor its performance through annual internal audit program.- Data analysis: Analyzing data, reviewing policies, and suggesting process improvements.- Quality improvement: Designing and executing quality improvement studies, selecting indicators, and coordinating supervising and analyzing activities.- Quality management documents: Evaluating data and developing quality management documents following company procedures.- Quality management teams: Involving in intra-departmental quality management teams to improve the system.- Issue resolution: Coordinating resolution of top-level issues.- Quality management process: Mentoring associates about MIBA Integrated Management System.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field.- Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and other relevant quality standards (VDA 6.3 is a plus). Lead auditor certification is desired.- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- English level: Conversational- US Visa & PassportAt Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
