Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter experienced in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented senior software engineers?Have you sourced and hired engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, Angular, Ember, Vue, or Node?Are you the best recruiter on your team, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota?Do you want to work in a positive, uplifting work environment?Is a competitive compensation, fully remote, and benefits package important to you?Join Bluelight Consulting as we revolutionize the software consulting industry, and execute on our mission to rid the world of ugly, outdated, buggy software.**What We Are Looking For**:- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Node, Ember, Angular, or Vue.- You are experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.- You speak and write English fluently.- You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.- You're upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node, using Linkedin Recruiter and Lever.- Administer and manage technical tests.- Create and send job offers.- Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.- Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.**Company Benefits**:- Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases- Generous paid-time-off policy- Technology / Office stipend- Health Coverage- Flexible working hours- Work remotely- Continuing education, training, conferences- Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certificationsIf you have the desire to be a part of an exciting, challenging, rapidly-growing software consultancy, please apply.#LI-Remote
