Dematic is hiring a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter within our Global Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting for Mexico Operations. We are looking for an energetic talent advisor who will have the ability to problem solve in order to achieve goals and will help evolve, innovate and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for the organization while providing customer support and working with cross-functional teams. This is a year-long position.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**What You Will Do in This Role**
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment process to meet the demands of the business
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition
- Will handle multiple approved requisitions, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space
- Experience recruiting positions in engineering and/or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with e-recruitment systems; Workday preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word and Excel
- Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
