Technology Development Program Associate – Mexico – 2026 Full‑time new hires will start as a cohort in a rotational program in August 2026. The role is a full‑time associate within an 18‑month rotational program designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent. Participation requires being located in Mexico City and in‑person attendance, following Capital One’s hybrid working model. Those not currently located in Mexico City must relocate prior to August 2026. Locations: Mexico City, Ciudad de México. Key Role Details Full‑time new hires will start as a cohort in a rotational program in August 2026. This role is a full‑time associate position within an 18‑month rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent. Participation requires you are located in Mexico City, with in‑person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model. Relocation is required for those not currently in Mexico City. Basic Qualifications Intermediate‑Advanced English fluency Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Information Technology, or other technical field obtained between December 2024 and August 2026, with an expectation of completing your most recent full‑time degree program by August 2026. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical, quantitative, problem‑solving and conceptual skills Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in languages such as Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, HTML, Swift, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts, Objective‑C, C#, C/C++, Perl, .NET, ASP.NET, Visual Basic Hands‑on technical experience through activities such as: technical internship, part‑time technical role, STEM teaching assistant, or technical research Sentinel Capital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.
