Warranty Recovery Specialist

Specific responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Develop and present conclusive assessments of problem responsibilitiesGather complete and timely internal supporting documentation including root cause and supporting corrective actionsInterface with various internal departments to develop cases and present to suppliers gaining concurrence of responsible costsNegotiate with suppliers to overcome resistance and gain appropriate recovery of costsPlan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment using a wide scope of warranty, financial, purchasing , and vehicles systems.Strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.Establish partnerships both internally and externally and to influence without direct authority.Commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer.Contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles.Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements.Exhibit a willingness to do things differently and consistently translate ideas into actions that deliver results.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in technical disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and/or manufacturingStrong communication and presentation skills to support meetings at all levelsHigh-energy, hands-on individual with strength of conviction who can effectively sell ideas and solutions to othersUndisputed integrityMicrosoft Office suite proficiency**Preferred Qualifications**:Master's degreeWarranty / Quality experienceData analysis experienceFinance/accounting experienceAbility to drive team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdlesSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships both internally and externally to influence without direct authorityOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.In addition to an environment that promotes career development, we offer benefits for a healthy lifestyle and a rewarding future, designed to take care of you and your family, in various stages of life.As a global company, our employee packages will vary by country, customary norms and the legal entity into which you are hired.
