This role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership, influencing architecture, quality and cross‑functional collaboration.What You Will DoArchitect and code robust, scalable features across frontend and backendWork deeply in an existing web application codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating with a graph databaseImplement state management with Redux and design performant React componentsManage a small but growing team of developersDivide tasks and assign them to individualsReview codeCollaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams by communicating progress and blockers early and oftenMaintain high standards for documentation, testing, and code reviewsArchitect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latencyLead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliabilityMust Haves7+ years of full‑stack development experience3+ years of team lead or management experienceProven track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiativesExperience with graph databases (Neptune with Gremlin preferred)Experience with web and mobile application technologies including HTML/CSS, React, React Native, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux, Node.js, and Next.jsExperience using GitProven ability to navigate and improve large, production‑scale codebasesExcellent communication and documentation skills in a fast‑moving team environmentStrong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirementsUpper‑intermediate English levelNice to HavesFamiliarity with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelinesExperience optimizing large‑scale frontends for performance and accessibilityExperience with AI frameworks or SDKsStart‑up mindset and comfort with trying new approaches and tackling new challengesPerks and BenefitsProfessional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmapsCompetitive compensation: USD‑based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgetsExciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companiesFlex time: Flexible schedule with remote and office options #J-18808-Ljbffr
