Coordinate daily Import/Export Operation.Documents Processes Annex 24 (Finished good, raw materials).Coordinate and closely communications with materials area, purchasing staff, carriers, customs brokers MX/USA, Calexico W/h.Review HTS Codes to applicable tariff preferences.5Review of mill certificates and origins of sensitive goods (steel, aluminumInventory Control of raw material in Calexico w/h.Report daily Import of materials.7.Import of IN-BOND materials.Feeding of information to the annex system24 (Registration of new part #, tariff fractions, classes or groups, costing of finished products, etc.)Preparation of documentation for import/Export tools and equipmentReturn waste materialsDevelops solutions to problems of unusual.Make recommendations for Improvements.Controlling all documentation related to the export/import process.Review of proformas and closing of weekly consolidated.Prepare export documents for driver.Coordinate monthly virtual Import/export.Preparation of documentation for import/Export hazard materials.Bachelor's degree international trade and Commerce or Similar Career.Completed preferably.2+ Years in Similar Roll / Activities.Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. (Advanced)Language:Intermediate English level> 60%SKILLS:Work under pressureHonestyAbility to develop multiple projectsDynamic and decisions#J-*****-Ljbffr
