Sobre el rolEN CRH IT Buscamos un experto en Machine Learning y Ciencia de Datos capaz de desarrollar soluciones escalables a problemas complejos usando ML, Deep Learning, Big Data y técnicas de optimización.Responsabilidades clave Construir, entrenar y optimizar modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning. Transformar y preparar grandes volúmenes de datos para análisis y modelado. Colaborar con stakeholders para traducir problemas de negocio en soluciones analíticas. Automatizar y desplegar modelos en producción siguiendo buenas prácticas. Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas técnicas y avances de investigación. Requisitos Licenciatura o posgrado en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas Aplicadas o áreas afines. INGLES AVANZADO 5+ años de experiencia en Machine Learning, Ciencia de Datos o roles relacionados. Dominio de Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras. Experiencia en feature engineering, ajuste de hiperparámetros, evaluación y despliegue de modelos. (Deseable) Experiencia con plataformas cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), Docker, APIs REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
