(NYSE: FBIN).We are focused on driving our brand, innovation and channel leadership, and winning in supercharged categories.Why work with us?We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.This role contributes to the success of the organization's global sourcing strategy, ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies, supplier excellence, and the long-term sustainability of the supply chain.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and help build an exceptional team.We value individuals who can Think Fast by identifying opportunities to innovate, Work it Together by fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, and Make the Hard Call by balancing compassion with decisiveness when it matters most.Job DescriptionManage talent selection to provide best short list of candidates to the Business/Function.Works closely with the Business/Function within his/her scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements / competencies to be evaluated during the interview.Manages selection interviews, phone and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate.Provides detailed and structured candidates' evaluation and meaningful feedback to the site HR and Hiring manager.Presents the position and the employee value proposition in a meaningful way for each candidate.When relevant, may assists Talent Acquisition specialists in definition/reinforcement of the sourcing strategy, pre-screening process and sourcing campaigns and events.Coordinate selection process:Coordinates rigorously recruitment process till final selection is done and ensures transparency and fluidity of process and information between HR site, Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition specialist.Positively challenges their counterparts on the profiles and requirements and ensures the diversity principle is respected.Ensures feedback is provided to selected & non selected candidates.At all moments of recruitment process, ensures positive candidate experience with Fortune Brands Innovations.Acts as a coach for interviewing skills for the site counterparts.Follow up recruiting metrics and proposes improvements positively impacting quality of hire and time to fill.Comply with all MX Labor Law requirementsQualificationsBachelor's Degree: Psychology Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Industrial Engineering or related.Advanced English2 – 3 years of experienceKnowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation (preferred Korn Ferry Techniques).Knowledge: Microsoft office, TRESS system, Job Boards.Management of social networks.Management of digital job boards.Job Location#J-*****-Ljbffr
