Buscamos un Area Manager basado en Madrid, para asistir al Director Comercial del Laboratorio.Imprescindible experiência mínima de 5 años como delegado de ventas en canal Farmacia y formación en Ciencias de la Salud: Farmacia, Biología...Ayudará en las ss.tareas:- Organizar y supervisar la actividad comercial de los delegados a su cargo para la consecución de los objetivos- Coordinar reuniones periódicas de seguimiento, formativas y de desarrollo profesional.- Implementar la estrategia comercial de la compañía en el equipo comercial bajo su responsabilidad.- Fijar los objetivos comerciales para cada área y cada uno de los delegados y realizar el seguimiento necesario para conseguirlo.- Acciones formativas tanto a la red de delegados como al canal.- Análisis y seguimiento de la competencia.- Selección y capacitación de nuevos delegados comerciales.Número de vacantes: 1Modalidad de trabajo: PresencialTipo de contrato: IndefinidoRemuneración anual: ******€"**Requisitos**Estudios a nível de Licenciatura.Experiência mínima de 5 años como delegado de visita farmacéutica.Residencia en Madrid o área metropolitana.Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un máximo del 10% del tiempo laboral.Buen manejo de las herramientas informaticas más habituales.Valorable experiência como formador/a y/o coordinador/a de equipos comerciales.Estudios mínimosLicenciadoExperiência mínima5 añosDisponibilidad para viajarEl 20% del tiempo laboral
