Manager, GBS - Planning & Performance ManagementJoin to apply for the Manager, GBS - Planning & Performance Management role at Kraft HeinzJob DescriptionWe have the perfect opportunity for a Planning and Performance Manager with strong project management skills.The role will report to the Head of Mexico GCC (Global Capability Center).This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up, and be an excellent problem-solver.We are looking for a self-starter who is hungry to continually improve.You will work closely with various internal business partners, including GCC Functional Leads, GBS central team, Finance, and external partners.ResponsibilitiesSupport GBS GCC Mexico planning process and performance management.Provide timely, insightful and accurate reporting & analysis of GCC performance results against budget with continuous monitoring of risks and opportunities.These reports are presented during the Monthly Performance Reviews with GBS Leadership.Identify key drivers versus budget and prior forecasts to facilitate monthly performance review meetings.Develop action plans and monitor progress.Cost management of ZBB GCC and recharges of other costs incurred in GCC.Support GCC month-end close activities.Creation of Business Cases for new scope transitions into GCC, reporting of financial performance against targets and governance of action plans.Development of the detailed Annual Operating Plan budget and monthly forecast.Provide strategic partnership and ongoing consultation to GCC Functional Leads on cost management of their teams.QualificationsRelevant degree in Accounting or Finance.8+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within FMCG.Solid interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.Working experience and knowledge of ERP, BI tools and office software (Excel).Attention to detail and accuracy.LocationMexico City – Antara Tower A – 5th Floor – Local OfficeKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturingIndustriesFood and Beverage ServicesManufacturingFood and Beverage Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
