Latam Gbs Supply Chain Design Sr Director

Overview:The Global Business Services ("GBS") is a top PepsiCo transformation initiative and will modernize and optimize the "what, where and by whom" work is done in Pepsico Latam.By establishing an extended Latam team globally to streamline our work and processes, free up capacity in Latam, source new capabilities, and deliver significant productivity.Responsible to lead/support all related workstreams for the designing and driving the adoption of the GBS operating model across LATAMs Supply Chain Make & Move organization.Role will identify all GBS migratable work, aligning work transfer & structural changes and delivering business case commitments for a potential impact of 450 people across the organization.The roll will have to havei) good knowledge of the business,ii) strong network and credibility with both leadership and SMEs,iii) solid capability to lead and collaborate andiv) strategic and transformative mindset to drive the operations of the Latam changes.This is role will require significant senior engagement across the LATAM, inculding COO and Senior Supply Chain Executive Leaders, OU ExComms, and LATAM's HR & Transformation Executive Leaders; and will therefore require solid senior stakeholder management skills, in addition to project management and presentation skills.**Responsibilities**:- Formulate and drive the longer term strategic vision and design for GBS Supply Chain, to elevate functional excellence leveraging GBS to make us more efficient and agile;- Ensure the new GBS team addresses LATAM's Make & Move business needs- Provide input to the rebalancing of the work split between Global, Sector, Markets & GBS- Develop strategic thinking on design, shared capability areas, and optimal approach for leveraging GBS for operational efficiency and capability enhancement- Lead Design & Execution of GBS Supplay Chain Operating Model across LATAM;- Ensure mapping of work done across the LATAM Make & Move Organizations (>5,000 HC)- Propose and negotiate future work division (Remains, Automated, Migrated to GBS, Other)- Co-Design to be GBS Supply Chain organization & negotiate with OU's local position elimination- Lead the GBS change/transition/communication day to day activities for rolling out the Supply Chain roles and new structure in MBS- Point person in managing roll-out of GBS function for LATAM Supply Chian, helping manage evolution in our approach to how we get work done- Negotiate with OU's migration of work from LATAM into GBS- Deliver 12MM of People Cost Productivity- Collaborate daily with GBS leadership and transition leads, Supply Chain SMEs, and LATAM Leaders to manage transitions- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, monitoring transitions, addressing roadblocks, and identifying solutions- Expose Supply Chain teams to GBS benefits and identify opportunity areas for new roles- Manage the GBS - Business relationship once team established in MBS and GBS- Monitor level of engagement, quality of delivery and satisfaction of both GBS and business teams- Identify further efficiency opportunities or scope expansionsQualifications:Education: Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, MBA desired.Functional Experience: 10 years of experience in sales.- Multi-channel experience (DTS, OT, WHLS)- Key Account management / Divisional manager / Strategy Manager- Experience/Knowledge in Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Sales Development- Sales transformation experience- Project management certification desired.**Skills**:- Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization- Considerable knowledge of the sales organization structure and non-written operating laws- Organizational savvy to manage and balance different stakeholder's agendasLanguage: 100% Spanish & English, Portuguese desired
