Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Sr Manager Global Total Rewards will provide strategic direction for the design, development and administration of Watkins Wellness compensation, rewards, and recognition programs across all locations.This role will be vital in designing, communicating an evaluating out total rewards strategy to support a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains, and rewards employees.The role will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades, support internal compensation recommendations, and participate in compensation surveys.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree (B.
