Manufactura - Producción - Operación- Control de calidad- hace 16 horas**Descripción**:Totum Talent is looking for an extraordinary Quality Manager for a company that is dedicated to the design and manufacturing of plastic, magnetic and rubber components.ObjectiveEnsure compliance with the standards of the Quality Management System, promoting and developing staff awareness to contribute to the monitoring and effectiveness of the system through continuous improvement and process improvement.Responsabilities- Innovate, implement and maintain the quality management system- Ensure satisfation and compliance with product and external and internal customer requirements by monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of all business processes- Audit, detect, and implement corrective actions for improvement in situations that don ´t comply with the established quality standards- Train the different members of the company in the development of policies and procedures, as well as in the implementation of management and quality systems- Develop annual quality planning aligned with area results, trends, objectives, and budget- Maintain updated and safeguard the documentation of the organization ´s management and quality systems- Accompany quality audits and verify the implementation of preventive and corrective actions derived form them.- To be the representative of the company to suppliers and customers in quality- Develop and implement methods and procedures to identify quality performance gaps in terms of costs and failures to carry production processes in terms of quality aligned as wellas the customer requirements.**Requisitos**:- Degree in Engineering- Master ´s degree in Administration or systems (desirable)- English - AdvancedExperience- 5-10 years in whole quality process in a manufacturing company- 5-10 years in leadership of a quality area- 3-5 year as Quality ManagerTechnical Requirements- ISO ****:****- Six Sigma (Green Belt)- HACCP
