EDDY Pump Corporation is a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative dredging and pumping solutions.Known for our cutting-edge technology and commitment to excellence, we are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Procurement Supervisor to join our team.This role is crucial for overseeing procurement activities across multiple sites and ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing processes.**Job Description**:The Procurement Supervisor will manage and coordinate procurement activities at our Tijuana facility and across multiple sites.This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in manufacturing procurement and multi-site management.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management:Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the procurement team across multiple sites.Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and manufacturing needs.Multi-Site Coordination:Oversee procurement activities and ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.Collaborate with site managers to understand and meet their procurement requirements.Standardize procurement processes to maintain consistency and quality.Supplier Relations:Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Conduct regular assessments and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and prices.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the procurement department.Inventory Management:Collaborate with production and inventory management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce lead times.Monitor inventory metrics and adjust procurement plans as needed.Cost Control:Monitor and control procurement budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.Conduct market analysis and research to stay informed about market trends and pricing.Implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses without compromising quality.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.**Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience managing procurement operations across multiple sites.**Skills**:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Language Proficiency:Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the dredging, marine, or industrial sectors.Familiarity with international procurement and logistics.Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Pay: $60,****** - $80,****** per monthWork Location: In person
