Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis position is responsible for leading the effective execution of RM planning activities (Purchasing, Inventory Management/Replenishment, Supplier OTD, PPV) with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Development and Sales to attain materials in the most effective manner by maximizing the value of each purchase in alignment of plant objectives.The position is also responsible for working with suppliers, customers and other departments to resolve all inventory planning related issues.Responsible for the continuous improvement of all procurement, and raw material demand planning processes.Responsible for the implementation and execution of procurement processes that enable lead-time reduction and customer order fulfillment.Drives Supplier performance improvements (quality, delivery, affordability and stability) and collaborates cross-functionally to meet on-time delivery goals.Responds to all internal and external customer complaints relative to the procurement processes.Responsible for publishing procurement key metrics (measurables) aligned with the Operational and Business Strategy.Develop actions plans to achieve established goals.Responsible for performance management, improvement and development of procurement, personnel.Experiência y requisitosBA degree preferred or minimum of 5 years recent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts such Kan-ban inventory management techniques a plus.No gender specification No age limit.OrganizaciónThe Fi CompanyGiroMetal MecánicoActividad principalEmpresa de manufactura de productos de cajas de precisión de metal en hoja y la integraciónNúmero de empleados600**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Viernes 7 am a 5 pm, viernes 3 pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
