Estamos creciendo en CDMX | Buscamos Comercial Hunter (Headhunting) con experiencia 🇲🇽 Puesto: Especialista en Ventas / Comercial Hunter (Business Development) – Firma de Headhunting 📍 Ciudad de México (presencial ) 🎯 Ámbito: México (principalmente CDMX y nacional) Somos una firma de Executive Search con operaciones consolidadas en México. Trabajamos con compañías nacionales e internacionales para atraer talento directivo y posiciones clave, con procesos a la medida, alta confidencialidad y enfoque en resultados. ¿A quién buscamos? Estamos sumando a un/a Comercial Hunter / Business Development para hacer crecer el equipo en CDMX. Buscamos a alguien que ya venga del mundo de headhunting (idealmente executive search) y que sepa vender servicios de reclutamiento: prospección, reuniones, propuesta, negociación y cierre. Abrir y desarrollar nuevas cuentas en el mercado mexicano. Gestionar el ciclo comercial completo: prospección, discovery, propuestas, seguimiento y cierre. Construir relaciones con tomadores de decisión (CEO, HR Director, CFO, VPs). Coordinar con el equipo de consultores para asegurar excelente entrega y continuidad comercial. Experiencia comprobable en headhunting / executive search (requisito). +4 años en desarrollo de negocio B2B (ideal en servicios profesionales). Red de contactos activa en CDMX (deseable). Inglés funcional/avanzado (deseable, según cartera).
