**Ayúdanos a construir el DNA de la tecnología.****Position: Accounting Manager****Place of Operations: Vishay Mexico****Reports to: Senior Accounting Manager****Facility**:Vishay La Laguna**1.OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**: To direct the entire accounting cycle of the company; controlling the finances and safeguarding the assets and accounting files.In addition, to be the point of contact with government institutions related to this function.- **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (PLEASE BE SPECIFIC)****DESCRIPTION**Responsible for preparing and managing the company's annual budget.Responsible to maintain control of the company expenses compared to the approved regional BudgetGuarantee the reliability of accounting records, through the correct use of accounting accounts and cost centers.Verify the monthly reconciliations of the different balance sheet accounts, including the company's bank accounts.Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements.Verify and approve the projection of payments.Guarantee timely payment to suppliers, complying with all fiscal and internal requirements.Coordination of the external financial audit, guaranteeing that the company is prepared and has the necessary documentation for the corresponding purposes.Ensure that the closing is carried out on the established date, while ensuring compliance with the entries of leases, allocations, provisions, among other types of entries.Responsible for the administration, control and accounting of the company's fixed assetsEnsure compliance with the tax payment process, in accordance with the laws that support it (State payroll tax, Federal Income Tax, VAT and Withheld taxes, Social Security and Housing) as well as their monthly, bimonthly or yearly payment.Comply with the related informative tax reports related to the various tax government agencies.Ensure compliance of the statistical data on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis required by other government agencies (Economy, Secofi, Inegi, etc)Validate that once Human Resources has completed the payroll cycle, it meets the corresponding financial requirements (tax withholdings, cost centers, among others).- ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:**DESCRIPCION**Implementation and evaluation of internal policies and SOXS narratives.Monthly reports required by the parent company and management.4. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED: Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Administration.- Master's degree in Finance and Taxation, or related areas (preferred).- Additional training in tax management.- Complementary training in all the processes that correspond to the accounting cycle.- Complementary training in tax laws.**Experience**:- 8 years of experience in leadership positions within the accounting area.- Minimum 5 years as Accounting Manager.- Experience in the Maquiladora sector5. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Management of the Office package (advanced Excel).- Advanced command of the English language.- Basic knowledge of customs liquidations.- Advanced knowledge of tax laws.- Advanced knowledge about SOX.- Intermediate knowledge of cost accounting.- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Competencies:- Development of people.- Teamwork.- Planification and organization.- Client and results orientation.- Analytical ability.- Negotiation.- Ethical commitment.- Ability to work under pressure.6.
