**SUMMARY OF POSITION**Optimizar la eficiencia de los equipos y los procesos de las líneas de producción por medio de la reducción de tiempos perdidos.Mantener las operaciones funcionales sin tener paros de línea no planeados.Minimizar los costos de producción por medio de la mejora continua de los procesos y el mantenimiento preventivo.Mantener los equipos y procesos en condiciones óptimas para su utilización.Participación continúa buscando eliminar y/o minimizar los problemas de calidad en coordinación con Calidad e Ingeniería de Manufactura.**RESPONSABILITIES**Dar soporte a Manufactura cuando tenga un problema de equipo y/o proceso.Atender las ordenes de servicio del sistema Andon generadas para mantenimiento.Mejorar los procesos ya establecidos.Reparar maquinaria ó equipo dañado.Ayudar a Ingenieria a realizar el Setup de la línea.Instalar las nuevas líneas de producción.Participar en los Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivosIdentificar areas de oportunidadDesarrollar procedimientos para el mantenimiento preventivo de todos los equipos o facilidades de Aerospace.Mantener al dia las bitacoras relacionadas al mantenimiento del equipo o facilidades de Aerospace.Soporte a produccion para cumplir las metas existentes.Cambios de Layout para mejorar el flujo y aumentar la productividad.Participación en eventos Kaizen y actividades que sean requeridas.Trabajar con proveedores en los servicios externos (Mantenimiento de los A/C, Sistemas Contra Incendios, Rayos X, Maquinados, etc.)Recibir pipa de Nitrógeno y Argón, cuando sea requerido, Dewars.**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**Mínimo 1 año de experiência como técnico en industria maquiladora preferentemente.Carrera de Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero Mecatrónico, Técnico mecánico o equivalenteConocimientos de ComputaciónConocimientos de NeumáticaConocimientos de PLCConocimientos de Equipos de PruebaConocimientos de Instalaciones eléctricas.Conocimientos de Electrónica.Conocimientos de HidráulicaConocimientos de MecánicaMantenimiento IndustrialConocimiento de soldadura basica.Actitud de ServicioFacilidad de comunicarse a todos los nívelesTrabajo en equipoProactivoCapacidad para la toma de decisiones.Disponibilidad para rotar turnos
