Relocation to the United States is required.Work Visa will be provided.100% commission based Solar Sales Representative (US) – STEAM Connect.As a Solar Sales Specialist at STEAM Connect, you will connect with potential customers, educate them on the advantages of solar power, and guide them through the sales process.This role offers uncapped commission opportunities, in-depth training, and significant career growth potential within a fast-growing renewable energy industry.Are you driven, self-motivated, and passionate about renewable energy and sales?Join STEAM Connect and play a key role in advancing sustainable energy solutions while enjoying a flexible schedule and unlimited earning potential.ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Strategically manage and grow sales in an assigned area.Training and Collaboration: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance industry knowledge and performance.Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.Customer Education: Explain the financial, environmental, and independence benefits of solar energy to homeowners.Sales Consultations: Provide tailored consultations, discussing solar system options, financing, and installation processes.Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to address questions, share information, and close sales.Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales activities to meet or exceed targets.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales and post-installation process to ensure satisfaction and gain referrals.QualificationsMust hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (any type), accounting, or law.Title and license (Título y Cédula Profesional) are indispensable without exception.Degree must meet the TN Visa requirements for professional positions in the United States.Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Prior experience in direct sales, commission-based roles, or retail preferred.Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in extended walking in varying weather conditions.Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.No criminal records.Will be required to pass a medical screening and anti-doping test.Rewards and BenefitsUncapped earnings.Comprehensive training.Career advancement.Performance incentives.Full-time position.Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per month.Experience: Sales, 1 year (mandatory).Language: English (mandatory).Location: On-site employment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
