Are you a kid at heart looking to build a career with a leading global children's toy, entertainment and digital gaming company?At Spin Master, our unwavering commitment to open mindedness, integrity and innovation is a great part of what has made us an industry leader.How do we stay ahead of the pack?By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that's why we want you**What will you work on?**The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing departments with planning, administrative activities, communication, analysis, and reporting.The Marketing Coordinator keeps all tasks on track while recording and presenting progress of strategic marketing metrics and initiatives.You will liaise with various departments on developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives.**How will you create impact?**- Monitor existing reports and build new reports to monitor existing business opportunities as well as current prospects with the goal of ensuring all opportunities are maximized, kept healthy, and new ones are won.Constantly look for new data points to report opportunities across the marketing process.- Close evaluation of sku metrics such as: listings, on hand inventories at stores, performance vs YA, sell in, sell out, etc- Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies.- Liaise with other departments such as sales, GBU, operations and other teams.- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional initiatives to ensure the increase in sales within budgeted parameters.- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.- Prepare, process, and track: Various communications documents, monthly project reports, meeting minutes, purchase orders, samples, marketing calendar.- Participate in the maintenance of marketing materials to support the company's marketing efforts.- Coordination of trade shows and conferences, including special events.**What are your skills and experience?**- Experience in similar position preferably in multinational company - toy industry experience a plus- Excellent organization and project management skills, outstanding written and oral (both English and Spanish) communication skills, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)- Passion for pop culture and entertainment a must- #LI-Hybrid_ #LI-HM1_**What you can expect from us**:Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.- Growth and Career Opportunities- Flexible Work Hours- Innovation, Collaboration and Fun- Comprehensive Benefits- Other fun Perks**What's it like to work here?**Spin Master is a fast-paced, hands-on organization that provides many great opportunities for impactful decision-making; though our challenging start-up atmosphere isn't for everyone, we have a proven record of opportunities for future advancement and internal transfers for our passionate and results driven team.Everyone is welcome in our sandbox and we are committed to an accessible and inclusive hiring process that provides reasonable accommodation to all applicants.- We do appreciate all interest; however only those selected for interview will be contacted._
