Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona visionaria y analítica para liderar nuestro equipo de finanzas.Esta posición es clave para guiar la salud financiera y estratégica de nuestra empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos a corto y largo plazo.**Responsabilidades del Puesto**:**Planificación Financiera estratégica**:- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes financieros a corto y largo plazo, alineados con los objetivos generales de la empresa.- Elaborar presupuestos detallados, pronósticos financieros y análisis de rentabilidad.- Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) financieros.- Llevar a cabo la gestión de riesgos mediante el análisis de los pasivos e inversiones de la organización**Gestión Financiera**:- Supervisar todas las operaciones financieras, incluyendo contabilidad, tesorería, impuestos y análisis financiero.- Optimizar la estructura de capital y la gestión del flujo de caja.**Análisis de Negocios**:- Realizar análisis financieros detallados para evaluar la viabilidad de nuevos productos, mercados y oportunidades de expansión.- Identificar y mitigar riesgos financieros.**Asesoramiento Estratégico**:- Colaborar con el equipo ejecutivo para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos financieros.- Proporcionar asesoramiento financiero a diferentes áreas de la empresa.**Manejo de Equipo**:- Experiência teniendo gente a su cargo.- Dirección y manejo de equipos.**Requisitos y Habilidades Clave**- Título en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o un campo relacionado.Un MBA o una maestría en Finanzas es un plus.- Experiência mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles financieros, preferiblemente en startups o capital privado.- Conocimientos Técnicos: Excelentes conocimientos de contabilidad, finanzas corporativas, análisis financiero y modelos financieros.- Uso de herramientas de Microsoft avanzado.- Liderazgo: Capacidad para liderar equipos y motivar a otros.- Comunicación efectiva: Habilidad para comunicar ideas complejas a audiencias diversas, tanto internas como externas.- Pensamiento estratégico: Capacidad para analizar situaciones complejas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.- Orientación a resultados: Enfoque en el logro de objetivos y la generación de valor.**Lo que Ofrecemos**- Un papel estratégico dentro de una compañía innovadora y en crecimiento.- Un salario competitivo y beneficios acordes con la experiência y competencias.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y formación continua.
