In this role, you will support recruitment and onboarding efforts, be the go-to person for new hire questions, and assist with Talent Acquisition and Operations projects and programs. At Infoblox, you will be able to thrive in a unique work environment that emphasizes career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Be a Contributor — What you’ll doSchedule complex candidate interviews for our Americas based Talent Acquisition teamPrepare and send out candidate offer letters using our applicant tracking system and electronic document systemOnboard new hires using our human capital management system and track required pre-hire task completionBuild strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple countries and time zonesParticipate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basisProvide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Operations teamsPotentially host and present new hire orientation on a weekly, ongoing basisAdhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretionBe Prepared — What You BringMinimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting supportInterest in continuous improvement to help drive and implement process changesPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and consistently going above and beyond expectationsKeen attention to detail with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to complete tactical tasks and pivot as neededOutstanding credibility with demonstrated ability to inspire trust throughout the organizationExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual)Impeccable integrity, sound judgment, professionalism, and willingness to give and receive open feedback to improve leadership and ensure business successExcellent technology skills, including Microsoft Apps, HRIS/ATS (Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud are an asset)Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholdersAbility to operate in a positive, helpful, and proactive mannerBachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources or similar preferredBe Successful — Your PathFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.Six Months: Understand the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding systems, processes, and tools like Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud, successfully onboard new hires with a high degree of autonomy, and have strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
