Location: Mexico(No relocation availability)The Account Executive is the single point of contact for the EM Content Catalyst Team, responsible for internal project management of produced promotional content packages, as well as overseeing content management and distribution.They facilitate and maintain the relationship with our internal stakeholders, and follow-up on results and metrics of delivered content, to ensure excellence in the Omnichannel strategy for EM.RESPONSIBILITIES:As our team's Account Executive you will:- Lead EM Content Catalyst Team's projects from request to delivery, identifying work-load, timelines, and risk mitigation.Ensure that the day-to-day activities are conducted smoothly.- Handle brief management in Adobe Workfront for internal stakeholders- Monitor the approval process at regional level, and address areas for improvement and optimization to significantly reduce time and effort- Maintain excellent communication and delivery timelines with internal stakeholders aided by eLibrarian team- Oversee content management in internal and external team repostories- Follow-up on results and metrics of delivered content, and find opportunities for content/channel improvement- Support EM Omnichannel Excellence Lead to monitor content management performance and maximize customer satisfaction with the omnichannel content delivered- Support on budget management and licences upkeep for creative teamREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:- Degree in administrative area- Proficient in English Language, both written and verbal- Experience in digital promotional content preferred but not necessarySKILLS:- Demonstrable project managment skills- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize- Good attention to detail- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing- Ability to work both as part of a remote team, and as an individual with mínimal supervisionEEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) & Employment EligibilityPfizer is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, or disability.Public Affairs & Communication
