Customer Solutions Manager

OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to drive customer acquisition and support the adoption of JC360, an enterprise workforce productivity and operational analytics platform.This is a customer-facing role with ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from initial outreach and lead engagement through solution introduction, onboarding, and ongoing customer support. The role is suited for a professional who is comfortable combining enterprise software sales activities with hands-on customer enablement and support.The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, and the ability to operate autonomously within an international organization. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer AcquisitionIdentify and engage potential enterprise customers within the Spanish-speaking marketManage early-stage lead generation and initial outreach activitiesQualify inbound and outbound opportunities and guide prospects through the sales cycleConduct product demonstrations and solution discussionsSupport commercial negotiations and close customer engagementsMaintain accurate sales pipeline, activity tracking, and reportingCustomer Enablement and Ongoing SupportOnboard new customers and support successful adoption of the JC360 platformProvide day-to-day customer assistance related to platform usage and configurationTroubleshoot functional and application-level issues in enterprise environmentsWork with Windows-based systems and common enterprise technologiesCoordinate with internal technical teams for escalations when requiredEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycleQualifications and Key SkillsExperience in enterprise IT software or SaaS environmentsBackground in B2B software sales, customer success, technical support, or hybrid customer-facing rolesUnderstanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer decision processesComfortable interacting with professional stakeholders and decision-makersSolid technical foundation, including familiarity with Windows environments or enterprise applicationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple customer engagementsNative Spanish and advanced EnglishAbout JobCTRLJobCTRL Kft. is an international software company developing JC360, an enterprise workforce productivity and operational analytics platform for large organizations.JC360 enables leadership teams to gain real-time visibility into operational execution across on-site and remote teams, supporting more transparent and data-driven decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
