**Quality Leader**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a Quality Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Process Engineers, creating a highly motivating environment and a result and a customer service-oriented team.Developing strategies to implement a preventive, zero-defects and continues improvement culture that strives for customer satisfaction.As Process Quality leader your main goal is to lead the team in its goal of assuring full compliance of our processes and products with the quality standards required by the customer, helping the company to become best-in-class manufacturer.**This position reports to**:Quality Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Coordinate Process Quality team to perform immediate containment actions of non-conforming material and quality process incidents.- Implement Practical Problem-Solving Tools to identify root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions to quality top offender issues.- Create a sustainable strategy to follow up closure on time of open items from Problem Solving Investigations.- Be in close communication with Customer Service to timely address any recall or escape situation.- Supervise execution on time of Quality Annual Training Plan.- Coordinate Quality Communication Plan.- Provide timely support to operations when required in Quality Concerns that arise daily.Act as main contact from the quality department with operations to provide fast-response solutions that minimize the impact of quality incidents in the service metrics without putting in risk the quality ABB provides to our customers.- Manage and develop Process Quality Engineers.Develop work descriptions, define KPIs, goals and objectives.Take care of training and development plan of every member of the team.**Your background**:- 5 years of experience as Quality Engineer or Quality Leader.- Bachelor ´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.- Advanced English level is required.- Strong knowledge of quality tools.- Previous Experience in Process Quality, Manufacturing or Product & Process Roles.**More about us**:
